Used in hollow metal posts where a threaded terminal/ pass through terminal or surface mount won’t work or is undesireable. Drop pin end is inserted into a 1/4″ hole and the pin pivots to lock it into place. Otherwise performs as any other turnbuckle would with approximately 3″ of thread travel.
