Installs like a screw where passing through the post with a Threaded Terminal isn’t possible or is undesirable. A “fixed” fitting that does not do any tensioning so requires a tension fitting (ie: Threaded Terminal, Turnbuckle etc) at the other end. Available in right and left hand thread.
It is possible using a right hand threaded lag on one end of a strand and a left hand threaded lag on the other to use them to tension a strand. Requires very accurate cable length, please ask how to go about that before trying it.
