Ready to install strands come complete with a machine swaged Threaded Terminal pre-installed on one end and the other end loose. The second end is a Rapid Lock Jaw that the cable passes through and locks in place eliminating the need for any onsite swaging or swaging tools. The extra cable can easily be cut at the exit point of the Rapid Lock with a pair of dikes or lineman’s cutter with a 8” – 9” handle, available at any hardware store.
Also includes two stainless steel caps to cover both the Rapid Lock and the nut of the threaded terminal so that both ends have a identical appearance. The caps press on snuggly once the extra bolt and extra wire are cut off flush at the nut and Rapid Lock. Currently only available in 1/8” wire.
EACH STRAND INCLUDES:
- Length of 1/8” T316L 1 x 19 wire with LLTT machine swaged on one end
- 1ea Rapid Lock Fitting
- Flat Washers for each
- 2ea Stainless Steel Snug Fit Dome Cap
